These imported Fenders arrived from London and were custom cleared by Thembani Shipping. They were transported to the port of Ngqura for ship to ship operations.
This type of fender floats on water and works as a shock absorber between two ships, or between ships and berthing structure when they come alongside each other on the water. They can withstand the rigorous environments and applications they are designed to operate in. The good floating performance isn’t effected by tide scope, keeping the fender at an ideal waterline level.
